Day 1: Unwind, Adventure & Fun

5:00 PM – Welcome to the Jungle
Arrive at our scenic campsite near Shivsagar Lake and settle into your cozy tent, specially designed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Let the beauty of the Vasota forest and surrounding nature put you at ease.

5:30 PM – Welcome Snacks & Tea
Start your camping experience with a warm cup of tea and delicious snacks, the perfect way to unwind and prepare for an exciting evening.

6:30 PM – Sunset Vibes & Leisure
Enjoy the peaceful atmosphere as the sun sets over the lake, or engage in some light activities around the campsite. Whether you’re with friends, family, or your partner, this is the perfect moment to soak in the natural surroundings.

7:30 PM – BBQ, Music & Dance
As night falls, enjoy a flavorful BBQ while grooving to the rhythm of music under the starry sky. The lively tunes, crackling fire, and fresh forest air create a magical ambiance.

9:30 PM – Dinner Feast
Savor a sumptuous, unlimited dinner with both veg and non-veg options, freshly prepared to delight your taste buds. Relish the warmth of a hearty meal amidst the wild beauty of Vasota.

10:30 PM – Bonfire & Group Fun
Gather around the bonfire, share stories, play group games, and enjoy the camaraderie. Relax into the night as you retreat to your tent, complete with foam beds and blankets for a restful sleep under the stars.

Day 2: Sunrise Bliss & Farewell

7:30 AM – Sunrise Magic
Wake up early to witness the breathtaking sunrise over Shivsagar Lake. Let the fresh morning air and stunning views energize you for the day.

8:00 AM – Breakfast Delight
Enjoy a delicious breakfast with a warm cup of tea, providing the perfect start to your morning.

9:00 AM – Leisure & Nature Walk
Take a peaceful stroll around the campsite and explore the lush surroundings. Breathe in the fresh air, snap a few photos, and embrace the tranquil atmosphere before departure.

10:00 AM – Check-Out & Goodbye
With cherished memories and a rejuvenated spirit, bid farewell to the campsite. We hope to welcome you back soon for another memorable adventure!

Things to Carry:

• A good rucksack with:
• Raincoat / Poncho / Wind cheater (Avoid umbrella only for monsoon) ⛈️
• Complete spare set of extra clothes, raincoat, lightweight jacket & socks if required 👕
• Water bottle (1-2 liters) 💧
• Personal Medicines if any 💊
• Wear comfortable clothes during treks (full sleeves recommended) 👖
• Good trekking/sports shoes (chappals, sandals, floaters not permitted during the trek) 👟
• Power Bank for mobile charging, as many places don't have an electricity connection 🔋
• Torch Light for Night Treks/events 🔦
• Identity proof (must) 📝
• Personal hygiene kit 🚿
• Light Snacks - Dry fruits, chocolate, fruits biscuits 🍿

Rules and Regulations:

• Alcohol, Smoking, or any intoxicant is strictly prohibited during the trek. If found, the participant will be terminated on the spot. 🚫
• Throwing garbage on trails is strictly not allowed. 🚮
• Playing loud music in the mountains/Forest is prohibited. 🎶
• Trek Leader's decisions on any particular situation will be final for the mutual benefit of the participants. 👮
• During the monsoon season and various rock patches on the trek route, we recommend you to please take care while walking/climbing/trekking. ⚠️
• If the behavior of any trekker is likely to cause distress or harm to themselves, our member of staff or other team members, reserve the right to terminate their trip at any time and they will have to make their own arrangements; we will not be liable for any expenses incurred as a result. We will not entertain any claims arising due to such action. 🚫
• In case of any injuries/illness on a mountain/river/waterfall during a trip/activity, Adventure Club Pune as a company or our local staff will not be responsible. We provide adequate human staff support in these areas to ensure the basic safety of the trekker. The participants must bear all the expenses that may arise in case of medical necessity or emergency conditions. ⚕️
• Wearing any valuables, ornaments, jewelry, etc. is prohibited. 💎
• You should strictly follow the code of conduct, to avoid troubling our fellow trekkers or other people from our group or outside. 👥
