The Mardi Himal Trek is an enchanting 7-day adventure that takes you deep into the Annapurna Conservation Area of Nepal, offering breathtaking views and an off-the-beaten-path experience. Situated at an altitude of 4,500 meters, this trek provides stunning vistas of some of the world's tallest peaks, including Mt. Machapuchhre (Fishtail), Annapurna, and Dhaulagiri.

Starting from the picturesque city of Pokhara, the trek begins with a scenic drive to Kande, where you’ll embark on a journey through lush green hills, rhododendron forests, and charming villages. The trail is marked by a variety of terrains, leading you to beautiful high-altitude lakes and stunning viewpoints.

As you trek along the ridge, you'll be captivated by the panoramic views of the majestic Annapurna Range. One of the trek's highlights is the stunning sunrise from Mardi Himal Base Camp, where you can soak in the beauty of the surrounding peaks bathed in the soft glow of morning light.

Day 1

Arrival in Pokhara

  • Afternoon/Evening: Spend the day exploring the vibrant streets of Pokhara. Visit local cafes, shops, and the picturesque Phewa Lake. This is also an opportunity to purchase any last-minute trekking gear or supplies.
  • Evening: Gather for a briefing session at the guesthouse/hotel to discuss the itinerary, safety protocols, and prepare for the trek.
  • Overnight: Stay at a 3-star hotel in Pokhara.

Drive to Kande and Trek to Deurali

Trek from Deurali to Low Camp

Trek from Low Camp to High Camp

  • Evening: Relax and prepare for the next day's trek to Mardi Himal Base Camp.
  • Overnight: Stay in a lodge at High Camp.

Trek from High Camp to Mardi Himal Base Camp and Back

Cancellations between 14 to 10 days before the start of the trip:

  • Refund options:
    • 50% deduction of trek fee
    • 80% cash voucher for the same trip valid for one year
    • 70% cash voucher for any trip valid for one year
    • Book the same trek in the same season with any other batch
    • Transfer your trek (same trek, any date) to a friend

Cancellations less than 9 days before the start of the trek:

  • Refund options:
    • No cash refund
    • 20% cash voucher for the same trip valid for one year
    • 10% cash voucher for any trip valid for one year

If Adventure Club Pune cancels a trek:

In the unlikely event of cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, safety risks, etc.), Adventure Club Pune will issue a voucher equivalent to the amount paid, redeemable for any of our treks within the next year.

  • A voucher is not issued if you are required to descend from the trek due to health concerns, fitness issues, or rule violations (such as smoking, drinking, etc.).
  • Batch changes depend on availability.
  • Transferred treks must meet Adventure Club Pune’s requirements.
  • Adventure Club Pune reserves the right to modify/cancel policies without prior notice.
  • Cash refunds are only applicable for bookings made without using promotional codes or vouchers.
