Important Points for Participants opted for Lonavala Package:

• Guests are requested to report at least 10 minutes before departure time.
• Participants travelling from Mumbai can join directly from Lonavala Railway Station.
• Paid parking is available near Lonavala Railway Station.
• Self-drive participants should directly reach the campsite after 04:30 PM.
• Coordinator details will be shared after booking confirmation.

Important Travel Information

Rajmachi includes approximately 18 km of rough off-road terrain.

Regular low ground clearance vehicles generally cannot reach the village.

Only SUVs and high ground clearance vehicles may reach depending on road conditions.

Adventure Club Pune arranges suitable Sumo and Bolero vehicles for this route.

The off-road journey itself is part of the overall adventure experience.

Due to heavy visitor rush, waiting time for vehicles may occasionally occur.

If road conditions become non-motorable, vehicles may operate only up to a certain point and participants may need to walk approximately 8 km.

ITINERARY

Day 1 – Arrival & Fireflies Experience

• 04:00 PM — Reach Lonavala and begin off-road transfer towards Rajmachi base village
• 05:00 PM — Reach campsite, tent allocation and freshen up
• 09:00 PM — Dinner with local Veg Maharashtrian food
• 10:00 PM — Begin guided night trail into forest for fireflies spotting
• Witness the magical glowing fireflies in their natural habitat
• 12:00 AM — Return to campsite and relax near campfire
• Overnight stay in tents

Day 2 – Sunrise Trek & Return

• 04:30 AM — Wake up and freshen up
• 05:00 AM — Begin Rajmachi Fort sunrise trek
• 06:30 AM — Reach fort and enjoy sunrise views
• 07:30 AM — Descend back to village campsite
• 08:30 AM — Enjoy breakfast and tea
• 10:00 AM — Begin return journey towards Lonavala 
• 12:00 PM – 01:00 PM — Reach Pune

• Participants who do not wish to join the sunrise fort trek can relax at the campsite.
• The itinerary may change due to traffic, weather, operational delays, or safety requirements.

RULES & REGULATIONS

• Silence must be maintained during firefly spotting. No flash photography or loud noise allowed.
• Music will be switched off at the campsite as per local rules and schedule.
• Respect locals, nature, fellow campers, and surrounding property.
• Participants must follow all instructions given by trek leader / coordinator.
• Camp or stay property damage caused by participants will be chargeable.
• Firefly sightings depend on weather and seasonal conditions. No refund for non-sightings.
• Throwing garbage on trails or campsite area is strictly prohibited.
• Transport package batches require a minimum of 12 participants for confirmation; if not achieved, participants will be offered an alternative trip with fare adjustment, rescheduling option, or full refund.
• Playing loud music in mountains, forest areas, or villages is not allowed.
• Trek Leader’s decision in any situation will be final.
• Misbehaviour may lead to trip termination without refund.
• Medical emergencies or treatment costs shall be borne by participant.
• Alcohol, drugs, or intoxicating substances are strictly prohibited.
• Organisers reserve the right to change itinerary for safety or operational reasons.
